What I’m most looking forward to this semester: I’m really looking forward to my internship with DGA in the business development group – getting hands-on exposure to how a global advisory firm operates and building on the strategic/geopolitical interests I’ve developed through my research on China’s Belt and Road Initiative. Being in DC as a senior feels like the right way to close out undergrad, and I’m excited to learn from the people there.

Career/industry interests: I am interested in working in the legal field as an attorney, possibly in public interest or transactional law.
What I’m most looking forward to this semester: I believe that Wake Washington will provide me with an unparalleled experience in terms of learning from those within the legal field in DC. I am prepared to not only listen, but to observe the way legal professionals interact with one another and the larger system in order to develop my own understanding of the field. Additionally, I am also looking forward to growing close to my cohort as we live and work together this semester!
